Dolce Vita - About Us...

Dolce Vita Estate was founded by olive growers Ivan and Susan de Spa.
A lifelong passion for growing things together with a love of olives saw the de Spa's establish Dolce Vita Estate in 2003.

Starting with just 250 olive trees of the J5 variety, the Dolce Vita olive grove literally "grew" and now boasts close to 600 trees of both the J5 and highly prized Koroneiki variety.

With the help of family and friends, all Dolce Vita speciality olives are selectively hand picked, cold pressed and bottled onsite during May harvest.
